Krysti Lyn, a Spiritual Coach , Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist, Usui Reiki Master, Hospice Visitor, Poetess and an Animal Advocate, who has a Public Relations degree and gives credit to loved ones and Spirit for making all possible.
Her journey began due to spiritual experiences, which changed her life. During these awakenings and callings, new paths unfolded, as she became aware of God given sensitivities, spiritual gifts and creativity. At the same time, for the last 20 years, she maintained interest in holistic practices for health and peace, as desired and needed. Although she attained a Public Relations degree, her spiritual sessions, hospice journeys, yoga classes and writings continue to be her calling and passion, as the divine and thee lead the way.
Throughout the days, she writes meditations, prayers and devotions along with poems about personal experiences, as divinely inspired. And she teaches yoga classes at diverse locations, while offering spiritual sessions, which support others along the journey. Whether writing, yoga or hospice, all are gifts, which touch her heart and soul. Krysti feels she lives her soul vocation, which brings satisfaction and joy. She says,”all paths are ways to commune with Spirit, while being with all in a soul to soul way, which is a privilege and honor. In her spare time, she has spent the last 15 years supporting the animal kingdom via spay/neuter and rescue.
Personally, she experiences countless blessings, amazing grace and divine interventions, which fill her with gratitude, love, light and joy. And during losses and trials, she maintains faith, which grants strength. All experiences make her into the woman she is today and she believes in inspiring others to live a life of devotion, so they “let their light shine”, while aligning with their soul purpose, passion and light, as loved ones encouraged her to do.
Krysti is thankful to God, mom, dad, spiritual teachers, loved ones in heaven and on earth, friends, students, clients, yoga, the animal kingdom and Spirit, all that shed love, light, hope, healing, wisdom, compassion and inspiration into this world and her world, which grows and sustains love. Also, she will be forever grateful to all t, who inspired her journeyin diverse ways all throughout the days, as its’ an eternal soul gratitude.
